Owner is so nice and the food is even better! The crust is so crispy and fluffy at the same time. We really enjoy everything. We’ve been coming here for about a year and it never disappoints.

The pizza dough is hand stretched and holds all of the toppings perfectly. Even the Chicken Bacon Ranch Pizza had no flop! I was seriously impressed! Love this pizzeria/ bistro!! Really close to all major things in hackensack! Love the customer service! Everyone’s always sweet and very professional here! The pizza crust has a nice crunch to it! I loveeeee it! I always get pepperoni and garlic knots! Every time someone is over my house or I’m going to bring the pizza & knots somewhere everyone always asks where I got it from and ask why the garlic knots taste so good!!!!

I’ve always enjoyed the pizza here and visited recently and met the new owner. Such a great, wholesome guy who understands great customer service. I came in with my family expecting to eat a slice real quick and go on our merry way and ended up dining there for over an hour just enjoying slice after slice and getting to know the new owner. The pizza is so good, the dough he uses is so soft and delicious. He is setting a great standard with quality and service.

Been coming to Evoli’s since Dave’s Portnoy visit. I can say that this is the best pizza I have ever ate. The slices are big. The sauce is perfect. The crunch is perfect. 10/10!

Maintaining the high standards as it is known for, the improvements to the eating space and the kitchen highlight what’s new at Evoli. All the energy is directed towards putting out a high quality product, and everything else follows that. I enjoyed the old fashioned slice, pepperoni, and the garlic knots!

Down to Earth pizza shop with DELICIOUS pizza! I decided to pay them a visit after Barstool's review and drove from WNY for this pie, it was soooo worth it. I got a Margarita pie and it was everything I wanted it to be. Crusty and chewy doe, slightly sweet and juicy tomato sauce, mozzarella was heavenly tasty, and some fresh basil for the win. I had for good measure and left for breakfast the next day
